Divergent Poem

 During an undisclosed time period in the city of Chicago,

 Teenagers at the age of 16 choose their factions uncertainly

 The kids shall make their choice, and pain, they’ll have to undergo

the decision that could change a person’s life for eternity


A story of a girl who starts a new life, and changes from Beatrice to Tris,

The Aptitude test results declared her Divergent

The girl had not much choice and chooses Dauntless.

For she had no time and was urgent


She’s chosen to leave her nest

For she can not afford fail,

but emotions kept rising in her chest

and her skin constantly turned pale.


Tris has to fight until she’s out of breath

either she ends up factionless, or even face death.
